Magnitude 6.8 quake hits parts of Visayas–USGS →
MANILA, Philippines — Magnitude 6.8 hit the provinces of Negros and Cebu in the Visayas region Monday, the US Geological Survey said Monday.
The quake struck at 11:49 a.m., the USGS report said.
I hope they followed the first step in an earthquake drill: Establish safety before tweeting.
